2. Privacy & Opt-Out

All users have the right to opt out of being quoted at any time using /optout. Server owners and administrators are responsible for ensuring members of their community are aware of this right.

3. Server Owner Responsibilities

By adding LemmeQuoteThat to a server you own or manage, you take responsibility for ensuring the bot is used appropriately in that server. Misuse by members of your server does not transfer liability to the bot developer.

4. Bot Availability

LemmeQuoteThat is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or feature availability. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The generated quote images and the bot itself are the property of the LemmeQuoteThat developer. You may share and use generated images freely within Discord. You may not redistribute or commercialise the bot software itself.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
